1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Triveni Darshan. To secure your reservation, we require:

• Complete guest information including full name, contact details, and identification
• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment as specified at the time of booking
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times

Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:

• Early Check-in (before 12:00 PM): 50% of room rate if available
• Late Check-out (after 11:00 AM):
  • Until 2:00 PM: 25% of room rate
  • Until 6:00 PM: 50% of room rate
  • After 6:00 PM: Full night charge

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash (Indian Rupees)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
• Digital Payments (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfers (prior arrangement required)

Deposit Requirements:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation
• The deposit amount varies based on room type and season
• Deposits are refundable subject to our cancellation policy

Taxes: All room rates are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Current tax rates will be applied to your final bill.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund of deposit
• 24 to 48 hours before check-in: 50% of deposit forfeited
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: 100% of deposit forfeited
• No-show: 100% of first night's room charge

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message) and acknowledged by our reservation team. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Modification Policy

Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Changes to dates may be made up to 48 hours before check-in without penalty
• Room type upgrades are subject to availability and price difference
• Downgrades may incur cancellation charges as per our cancellation policy
• All modification requests must be confirmed by our reservation team

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

• Providing valid identification (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driver's License) at check-in
• Any damage to hotel property caused during their stay
• Theft or loss of hotel property
• Excessive cleaning requirements beyond normal use
• Compliance with all hotel rules and regulations
• The safety and security of their personal belongings and valuables

The hotel provides safe deposit boxes for valuables. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to guest property.

7. Hotel Rules and Regulations

Guests must adhere to the following rules:

• Smoking: Designated smoking areas only. Smoking in rooms incurs a ₹2000 cleaning fee
• Pets: Not allowed except for service animals with prior notice
• Visitors: Overnight visitors not registered at check-in are not permitted
• Noise: Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed
• Parking: Vehicles parked at owner's risk. The hotel is not liable for theft or damage
• Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, flammable materials are strictly prohibited

8. Liability

Hotel Triveni Darshan's liability is limited to the following:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the room charges paid for the stay
• We are not responsible for:
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury or accident on hotel premises (except due to proven negligence)
  • Changes in travel plans, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or events beyond our control

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

10. Force Majeure

Hotel Triveni Darshan shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
